How will Ohio’s recent passage of granting millions of dollars to The Arts make a difference in the schools and the community?
This passage of granting millions of dollars to The Arts makes a big difference. This gives schools across the state an opportunity to have that Art Club or Photo Club that is rarely available to most students. It will permit them to have their own darkroom or other great facilities that expands the art students’ horizons. -ADRIANA POPA
With this new money, cities can finally give themselves a face-lift and improve their artistic side. Schools can benefit by expanding all of their art programs — performing, cultural, culinary and visual arts. This helps give a good self-image to the city where the school resides. Cities can use the money to help improve with city architecture and landscaping, and with the creation of new parks to provide opportunities for all residents. -CHRIS WOLFE
