Here are your responses to our question!
Brunswick could improve its art image in many simple ways. For starters, cleaning up the pollution and planting colorful flowerbeds throughout the town would add flavor. Building more shops would draw more attention to current trends and fashions that have swept the nation. Having more concerts for new hopeful bands would create a more musically enhanced aura. -LAUREN LIPOVIC
Brunswick needs to incorporate the idea of public art. Art throughout the City in major shopping districts and in the parks, even along roadsides, will help to improve people’s spirits. It is an image problem that Brunswick really needs to fix, and sooner rather than later. -CHRIS WOLFE
To make Brunswick into a more artistic city we need to incorporate art into the city. Instead of devoting art into one part of the city, we should display it. Perhaps paint a mural of some sort or construct an artistic sculpture to put in the shops that have been recently built. Also, we should ask local businesses to display work from the students or local artists. Perhaps we could paint on the sidewalks something or something that is shown to the Brunswick citizens that we can see everyday. -MARY ALLEN
Next Month's Question: How will Ohio’s recent passage of granting millions of dollars to The Arts make a difference in the schools and the community?
